Learn to manage stress: Stress is a part of daily life, and everyone experiences stress, what is not normal is letting chronic stress take control your life, your entire endocrine system can go for a toss due to chronic stress so learn to cope with stress, and you will avoid any complications when you are ready to conceive”.
Stop taking birth control pills to address hormonal issues: “It is okay if you take birth control pills to avoid pregnancy, but if you are taking them to remove your acne or regulate your periods, you are only masking it instead of addressing the underlying issues. Break up with your pill, take proper medications to balance your hormones and start reversing your hormonal imbalances with food and lifestyle changes”.
